1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the FamRx (MedKeep) mobile application or this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of the app and delete the application files from your device.
2. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer
FamRx is a health tracking and medication reminder support tool. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic engine, or clinical healthcare provider.
The AI Meal Condition Advisor filters and SpO2 vital logs are intended strictly for educational tracking purposes. You must consult registered medical practitioners, doctors, or emergency response agencies for diagnostic assessments, drug prescriptions, or physical treatment plans.
3. Caregiver Loop & SOS Alerts Disclaimer
Our 30-minute escalation notifications, stock alarms, and SOS broadcasts rely on local background processes, operating system push services, and telecom SMS pathways.
FamRx cannot guarantee delivery of alerts in scenarios of network unavailability, power loss, system battery saver restrictions, or third-party server outages. Critical health monitoring should have secondary fallback channels.
4. Acceptable Use
You represent that you have consent from dependents before registering profiles in the dashboard. You must not attempt to tamper with security keys, inject scripts into Firebase API ports, or abuse telecommunication endpoints.
